Each O P A L M I L K piece is considered wearable A R T and should be cared
for accordingly. Pieces are intended for special occasions, rather than everyday wear.
To ensure that they are cared for: Avoid water, and never use cleaners.
Please remove jewelry when washing hands, bathing, or swimming in the sea.
Take caution not to hit the pieces on hard surfaces, and be mindful of storage location.
Although breakage is rare with proper care, it can happen. Damage that occurs is
typically caused by the wearer, and the wearer assumes all responsibility.
Should you need a repair, Rye can attmept to fix your piece for a fee of $20-50
depending on the severity of the damage. In the event that a stone breaks, nothing
can be done to fix this, given that the stones are natural and cannot be repaiired.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because each piece is hand made, just for you, Rye will not exchange an item or accept a return (partially for sanitary reasons). Please choose your piece carefully before placing an order.
All designs that feature crystals will vary in appearance, as the materials are natural this is out of my hands. If you would like to discuss the details of your stone this must be done prior to placing the order.
SHIPPING POLICY
OpalMilk calculates shipping & packaging fees at checkout based on buyer's location and product weight. OpalMilk is not responsible for any issues that happen with the mailing process once you have been sent tracking. Buyer is responsible for taking up any issues with mail services personally. If you have a preferance for shipping services, or would like to purchase insurance, please inquire about options when placing the order. Most OpalMilk items are hand made in the order they are received, please expect work queue to be up to 4-6 weeks. Package insurance available upon request.

All custom artwork, designs, concepts, sketches, patterns, prototypes, and finished works created by Rye / OpalMilkremain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Rye / OpalMilk, regardless of payment, delivery, or completion.
Purchase of a custom work grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. The client may not reproduce, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, manufacture, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the design or any portion of the work.
Clients may not commission third parties to recreate, replicate, or produce substantially similar versions of any custom work. This includes designs created “inspired by,” “based on,” or derived from the original work.
No rights are granted for commercial use, resale, mass production, brand development, or licensing unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Rye / OpalMilk.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain fully reserved by Rye / OpalMilk.
Rye / OpalMilk retains the right to photograph, document, and display custom work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By commissioning a custom piece, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms- this purchase is not a collaboration.
